Dr.Zeljko Popadic, born in Dubrovnik, 1966, graduated from the Dental School of Sarajevo in 1991. Continues with education all over the world, such as Barcelona, Venice, Essen, Vienna, Paris, Luzern, Kopenhagen, Gdansk, Las Vegas, Gothenburg, New York, Los Angeles under supervision of the well known professionals such as dr. Lindhe, dr. Simion, dr. Dragoo, dr. Buser, dr. Urde, dr. Ericsson, dr. Jovanovic, and many others. Dr. Popadic is a member of Croatian Dental Chamber, Croatian Medical Association, Croatian Society of Periodontology, Croatian Society for Dental Implantology, Croatian Society for Education in Implantology, EAO-European Association for Osseointegration, ADI - Association of Dental Implantology UK and gIDE-Global Institute for Dental Education. In September, 2008 he graduated the gIDE/UCLA Master Program in Implant Dentistry. Since 1997. he manages DIC – Dental Implantoprosthetic Center in Rovinj. He is focused on the esthetics within dental implantology combining latest surgical procedures with the most modern materials in order to get perfect function and natural esthetics. One of the best proofs of his expertise are numerous patients coming from western Europe countries, USA, Canada and Australia. He is a member of Nobel Biocare Mentor's team in Croatia, and very active in education of other dentists through his own lectures and LIVE Surgery courses held in DIC. Dr.Popadic speaks english, italian and german. His great passion is music and marketing.

This presentation covers the important steps in clinical practice how to communicate the skills of an implant clinician and how to organize the dental office staff. In todays modern world, a clinician has to be trained to be a manager running a small, medium or large corporation. How do I motivate my staff? How do i brand my office or clinic? What logo do I use to represent me and my skills? What communication do I have with my patients locally or further off? Can the internet be used to introduce and position a dental office in front of the eyes of a prospective patient and what should be placed into a website? These are all questions which are important for a clinician today and Dr. Popadic has impressive knowledge in this topic and knows how to transfer it to his colleagues.
