This high-quality video demonstrates the treatment of a patient with an anterior maxillary vertical ridge defect. The treatment shows the diagnosis, treatment planning and the step for step of the clinical technique vertical augmentation utilizing GBR and autogenous particulated bone graft. Part one of the surgical video demonstrates flap management, chin bone harvest, connective tissue harvest from the palate, Titanium reinforced membrane placement simultaneously with connective tissue graft. Part two of the surgical video demonstrates membrane removal after uneventful healing and implant placement. Part three demonstrates free connective tissue graft procedure to correct the resulted mucogingival distortion.
